The Board of Management of Ballycar National School in consultation with the Parents’ Association and teaching staff has in place the following policy on school uniform:

 

School Uniform

JUMPER AND T-SHIRT 

• All weather, v-neck, sweatshirt (shell suit) with light blue stripes
  
  
  • Price is €20 for top including crest.
    
    
  • Price is €30 for top and tracksuit bottoms.

• Children should wear safe, suitable shoes.
  
  
• Children are permitted to wear slippers or light non-slip rubber soled shoes indoors.
  
  
• Children are permitted to wear wellingtons on the yard.
  
   
  
  All pupils are expected to wear the school uniform during school and school-related activities unless specifically excused.
